Work Experience Mr. Ghorasaini is a Civil Engineering graduate with a strong academic foundation in hydraulic design, structural analysis, and sustainable hydropower development. He supplemented his theoretical knowledge with hands-on field exposure during his internship at the Middle Hongu Khola Hydropower Project A (22 MW) and B (22.5 MW). Known for his analytical skills, technical discipline, and research-oriented mindset, he is committed to advancing the hydropower sector through precise engineering solutions, continuous learning, and sustainable infrastructure development aligned with HTR’s vision.

Education BE in Civil Engineering (Specialization in Hydropower Engineering), Kathmandu University, Nepal Work Experience Mr. Sah is a recent Civil Engineering graduate from Kathmandu University, specializing in Hydropower. He completed his internship at the Upper Irkhuwa Hydropower Project, where he gained hands-on exposure to real-world project environments and practical engineering processes. He is proficient in Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and GIS, and has a keen interest in hydraulic and geotechnical design. Passionate about advancing his career in the hydropower sector, he is eager to contribute his skills and enhance his expertise with Hydro Tunnelling and Research Pvt. Ltd.

Education BE in Civil Engineering , Pokhara University, Nepal Work Experience Mr. Shrestha is a Civil Engineering graduate with a strong focus on hydropower development and infrastructure. As part of our team, he is actively gaining hands-on experience in the design and execution of tunnels and underground components of hydropower projects. His growing expertise, combined with a solid academic foundation, enables him to contribute effectively to complex engineering challenges. Binay is committed to continuous learning and plays a valuable role in delivering reliable and sustainable engineering solutions.

Work Experience Mr Mainali is a civil engineer with professional experience in hydropower engineering, geospatial analysis, and civil infrastructure projects. He has gained experience through a Civil Engineering Internship at Trishuli Jal Vidhyut Company Limited and a Civil Engineering Trainee position with BGEO, OPEN GIS, and SLU Barcelona, Spain. His work has involved hydropower construction planning, GIS-based infrastructure assessment, hydraulic studies, spatial data analysis, and urban flood resilience assessment.

Mr Mainali possesses knowledge of hydropower planning, hydraulic structures, geospatial analysis, and civil infrastructure. His skills include hydrological analysis, hydraulic design, GIS-based spatial analysis, Python-based data processing, quantity and cost estimation, technical documentation, and engineering report preparation. He is proficient in AutoCAD, QGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, EPANET, Civil 3D, and other engineering software used in civil and infrastructure projects.
