Education B.E in Civil Engineering from Kantipur Engineering College (Tribhuvan University) Work Experience Ms. Sharma brings over three years of experience in the design and implementation of hydropower projects. She has played a key role in hydraulic modelling, preparation of construction drawings, designing underground structures, preparing BOQs, and report preparation for projects ranging from 9.3 MW to 325 MW. She is eager to continue her work in the hydropower sector while further enhancing her engineering expertise.

Education B.E. in Civil Engineering, Kantipur Engineering College, Tribhuvan University, Nepal Experience Mr. Pandey is a civil engineer working in the design and analysis of hydraulic structures for hydropower projects. He is involved in the structural analysis and design of various components of hydropower projects. Over the years, he has gained practical experience working on hydropower projects in Nepal, both in the field and in design roles. Beyond professional practice, he has been involved in research, exploring the use of emerging technologies such as machine learning and optimization techniques to improve structural performance. He has also contributed to academic publications in these areas. His interests lie in structure optimization, earthquake engineering, computational modeling, and sustainable infrastructure development.

Work Experience Mr. Shrestha is a committed and skilled Civil Engineer with around two years of experience in hydropower component design. He has played an active role in multiple ongoing hydropower projects, including the United Mewa Hydropower Project (50 MW), Bhotekoshi-1 Hydropower Project (44 MW), Super Lower Bagmati Hydropower Project (41.86 MW), Middle Mewa Hydroelectric Project (73.5 MW), and Bagmati Small Hydropower Project (33 MW).

Education BE in Civil engineering (Specialization in Hydropower), Kathmandu University, Nepal. Work Experience Mr. Manandhar is a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer with experience in designing hydropower components. He has been an active contributor to several under-construction hydropower projects, including Siwa Khola Hydropower Project (9.3 MW), Lungri Khola Hydropower Project (9.6MW), Super Lower Bagmati Hydropower Project (41.86 MW), Khimti II Hydroelectric Project (48.8 MW) and Bakan Khola Hydropower Project (44 MW). As a member of the design team, he has played a key role in preparing design and construction drawings for hydraulic structures such as diversion weirs, intakes, tunnel portals, headrace and adit tunnels, bulkhead gates, powerhouses, tailraces, culverts, and retaining walls. His expertise extends to detailed quantity estimation of various hydraulic structures, ensuring efficient resource planning and cost management. With a strong foundation in hydropower engineering and structural design, he collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and practical solutions, contributing to the sustainable development of renewable energy infrastructure.

Work Experience Mr. Shrestha is a Civil Engineer with experience in designing and constructing hydraulic structures mainly for projects like the Middle Mewa Hydropower Project (73.5 MW) and Bhotekoshi-1 Hydropower Project (44 MW). He has contributed to the design and drafting of hydraulic structures along with detailed quantity estimation. Passionate about hydropower engineering, he is focused on delivering precise and efficient designs.

EDUCATION Bachelor’s in civil engineering - Institute of engineering (IoE) RESEARCH AND EXPERIENCE Ms. Rai has conducted research on multi-hazard risk assessment of Waling Municipality, Syangja, Nepal during her bachelor. She is interested in structure design, analysis and conducting research. Skills: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP, ArcGIS, QGIS GeoStudio, HEC-RAS, Flow-R. Ms. Rai is currently working as a junior civil engineer in Hydro Tunnelling and Research Center Pvt. Ltd.    

EXPERIENCE With over 30 years of experience in drafting, plotting, and contouring, Ms. Shrestha has developed a strong expertise in preparing final drawings from sketches provided by engineers. Her extensive experience spans a wide range of hydropower projects, where she has played a key role in the preparation of construction drawings, including detailed and tender drawings. Ms. Shrestha has worked on significant projects such as the Melamchi Diversion Scheme, Khimti Hydropower Project, Nyadi Hydropower Project, and Budi Gandaki Hydroelectric Project, among others. Her proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCivil has been integral to the success of these projects, ensuring accurate and detailed drawings for feasibility studies, design, and construction phases. Additionally, her work has involved preparing drawings for irrigation projects, road projects, and residential buildings, demonstrating his versatile skill set in various engineering domains.      

Education: Bachelor’s in Social Work(BSW) from Tribhuvan University. Experiences: Mr. Thapa has over 8 years of experience in the Finance and Administration sector, working in organisations based in Nepal. He began his career as a Finance Officer, where he managed accounting operations, prepared financial reports, and oversaw sales management. Since July 2017, he has been an Administrative Assistant at Hydro Tunneling and Research Private Limited, where he is responsible for managing client communications, maintaining office policies, coordinating meetings, managing accounts, and ensuring efficient office operations.
