Work Experience

Mr. Shrestha is a structural engineer with diverse experience in the design, supervision, and cost management of civil engineering projects. He has been involved in various infrastructure works, including educational buildings and water supply systems. Mr. Shrestha’s academic journey is complemented by his research on micro-silica mixed concrete under varying curing conditions, conducted as part of his master’s thesis. His work combined experimental testing with numerical modeling using ABAQUS to understand the impact of curing environments on concrete strength and durability. With a blend of technical research and field experience, he is committed to delivering sustainable and well-engineered solutions. He brings a strong understanding of materials, structural behavior, and construction practices to every project he undertakes.
