Work Experience

Prabin Shah is a Civil Engineering graduate from Kathmandu University with a strong passion for hydraulic design, structural analysis, and sustainable hydropower development. He completed his final year project on the Potential Study of Hewa – A Small Hydropower Project, which involved detailed hydrological analysis, hydraulic design, and financial evaluation. His academic foundation was further strengthened by an internship at the Rahughat Hydroelectric Project, where he gained valuable field-level insights into hydropower systems and construction practices.

Now starting his professional journey with Hydro Tunnelling and Research Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Shah is eager to further enhance his skills in advanced engineering design and analysis tools, and contribute to impactful infrastructure development in Nepal and beyond.
