Mr. Dhakal is a Civil Engineer with over three years of experience in the design and implementation of hydropower projects in Nepal. His work focuses on underground structures, tunnel engineering, rock mechanics, and powerhouse design. He is also experienced in cost estimation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying, contributing to effective project planning and budgeting. He has been involved in several hydropower projects, including Budhi Gandaki HPP (341 MW), Upper Bheri HEP (325 MW), Middle Mewa HPP (73.5 MW), Khimti-II HEP (48.8 MW), Bhotekoshi-1 HPP (44 MW), Super Lower Bagmati HPP (41.86 MW), and Middle Trisuli Ganga (19.41 MW). Additionally, he worked as a Site Engineer during the construction of the underground powerhouse for the Tanahu Hydropower Project (140 MW), where he participated in site supervision and cost evaluations.
