Work Experience

Mr Mainali is a civil engineer with professional experience in hydropower engineering, geospatial analysis, and civil infrastructure projects. He has gained experience through a Civil Engineering Internship at Trishuli Jal Vidhyut Company Limited and a Civil Engineering Trainee position with BGEO, OPEN GIS, and SLU Barcelona, Spain. His work has involved hydropower construction planning, GIS-based infrastructure assessment, hydraulic studies, spatial data analysis, and urban flood resilience assessment.

Mr Mainali possesses knowledge of hydropower planning, hydraulic structures, geospatial analysis, and civil infrastructure. His skills include hydrological analysis, hydraulic design, GIS-based spatial analysis, Python-based data processing, quantity and cost estimation, technical documentation, and engineering report preparation. He is proficient in AutoCAD, QGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, EPANET, Civil 3D, and other engineering software used in civil and infrastructure projects.
