Work Experience

Ms. Shrestha is a graduate Civil Engineer, passionate about Sustainable Infrastructure Development and Hydropower Engineering.  Her final year project, Potential Study of Hydropower Project: A Case Study of Nyadi Hydropower Project, involving hydrological analysis, hydraulic design, and techno-economic evaluation, further strengthened her passion for hydropower development. Her internship at the Bheri Babai Diversion Multi‑Purpose Project enhanced her expertise in technical drawing interpretation, on‑site supervision, quality control and practical problem‑solving. Committed to HTR’s vision of delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions, she aims to contribute with technical expertise, dedication, and a collaborative spirit.
