Work Experience

Mr. Manandhar is a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer with experience in designing hydropower components. He has been an active contributor to several under-construction hydropower projects, including Siwa Khola Hydropower Project (9.3 MW), Lungri Khola Hydropower Project (9.6MW), Super Lower Bagmati Hydropower Project (41.86 MW), Khimti II Hydroelectric Project (48.8 MW) and Bakan Khola Hydropower Project (44 MW).

As a member of the design team, he has played a key role in preparing design and construction drawings for hydraulic structures such as diversion weirs, intakes, tunnel portals, headrace and adit tunnels, bulkhead gates, powerhouses, tailraces, culverts, and retaining walls. His expertise extends to detailed quantity estimation of various hydraulic structures, ensuring efficient resource planning and cost management.

With a strong foundation in hydropower engineering and structural design, he collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and practical solutions, contributing to the sustainable development of renewable energy infrastructure.
